Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

1. MIYAKI Perfume Lab is officially registered as Miyaki Resources (002601538-X).
2. By using our website, you have agreed to be bounded by the terms and conditions shown below.
3. The prices shown for items on the website does not include charges for postage and packing (delivery). Delivery charges will be added to the total products value of your order based on the delivery service you choose.
4. The copyright of all materials (imagery, graphics, photography, designs, trademarks, brand names and all other intellectual property) on this site belongs solely to MIYAKI Perfume Lab. All rights are reserved. No content(s) may be used by you or distributed to others for commercial gain purpose.
5. MIYAKI Perfume Lab intends to use its content to enhance and improve the shopping experience on its website. Please take notes that no content used on our site is intended to offend any of our visitors or customers.

ORDER

1. Order(s) will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 24 hours.
2. Due to security reasons, our customer service are unable to make any amendments after your order is confirmed.
3. After placing an order, you will receive an confirmation e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving an order number and a summary of your order.
4. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
5. We may be unable to process your order if the product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued

PRODUCTS

1. Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
2. Measurements provided on each of the products are listed clearly. A difference of 1ml-2ml between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
3. Miyaki Perfume Lab do not offer return or refund if product is not handled as per instructed in product details.
4. Products prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable. Items reduced in price for promotional or sale purposes, the new prices will be displayed clearly.
5. All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and it is not refundable or exchangeable once payment made.

PRODUCTS CARE

1. You are advised to place the perfume in a dry area by avoiding placing your perfume under a direct sunlight 

CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. For international delivery, payments will be automatically be converted to shipping country’s currency . If the destination currency is not in the default currency , it will be automatically be converted to USD.
2. Miyaki Perfume Lab calculates the average currency rate for all countries (set by financial institution) plus a currency conversion rate and reserves the right to amend where deemed necessary.
3. Pricing varies across countries and Miyaki Perfume Lab reserves the full rights to set this pricing range based on the countries’ market conditions, regulatory costs, taxes, tariffs, cost of facilities, wages, legal risk, market risk, size of the market, etc.
4. All purchase has to be made according to the currency/price set by Miyaki Perfume Lab website and any special request will not be entertained.
5. Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

PAYMENT

1. This website is using Kipple payment gateway.
2. All payments has to be made through online banking (Maybank2u, UOB bank, CIMBclicks, HLB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Affin Bank, Bank Islam) which is linked from our shopping cart which includes paypal , major credit cards and 2checkout. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused to some of you but we have no choice due to the increasing cases of fraud occurring from manual cash transfer. 
3. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
4. No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note.
5. All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
6. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

 DELIVERY

1. Miyaki Perfume Lab is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
2. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia).
3. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
4. For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which is not under our control.
5. Price of postage includes handling fees.

BOUNCED PARCELS

1. Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
2. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Miyaki Perfume Lab will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
3. Miyaki Perfume Lab reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
4. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) OR 10 WORKING DAYS (INTERNATIONAL).

1. Miyaki Perfume Lab provides returns for all items < except Best Buy/SALE/Discounted items (includes items purchase using discount codes (except first time registration codes)> / Accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items). 
2. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
3. Items must be in its original condition (not used more than 3 times, with its packaging). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. 
4. All return must include the INVOICE SLIP . You may reprint it under your Account if lost.
5. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 2-3 working days .
6. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria’s will be strictly declined and forfeited. 

Miyaki Perfume Lab reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions.
