RETURNS
Miyaki Perfume Lab provides returns for all items. The item/s must be returned back to us within 5 days after parcel is reached to customer. Any delay will not be entertained.
Returns will only be done for an item(s) with its unaltered. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined duly.
Moreover, a processing fee of RM10.00 will be charged for each return item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Furthermore, buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Miyaki Perfume Lab will get back to you once a return item is received and we will add the provide the store credit accordingly.
